GRAPHIC DESIGN

Before I became a photographer, I was a graphic designer.

My first job out of art school was in the lettering department of Gibson Greeting Cards in Cincinnati, where I developed a unique, flowing calligraphy style that is perfect for hand-lettered greeting cards, invitations, envelopes and poetry. I have also worked as a freelance illustrator for books, as a graphic designer, and in marketing and sales.

I have applied this experience to designing special finishing effects for photographs, as well as the following items:
